Turtle is the mare that is currently being hauling in the Breakaway roping and Heading. She is pretty, cowy, and scores outstanding. She has been hauled a lot and handles crowds, fireworks etc. She can really run across the line and stops square and works a lot of rope. She has no duck in the heading and can really face. This is a mare that anyone can get along with. She can be a practice horse and a rodeo horse. She is sound and sane. She is so level headed and easy to be around and tries hard to please. Since, I've owned Turtle we have won over $10,000 in the breakaway roping alone. She has only been owned by myself and another lady that bought her as a baby. She is out of a ranch mare that was grade and out of a Poco Jackie Pine bred stallion.
